About Us
About Hack-O-Med
For the first time in India, we aim to create a smarter health care sector where engineers and medical professionals are working together under one roof for a smarter solution to promote and improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. This includes the use of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), telemedicine, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, and big data analytics. However, it also raises important ethical and privacy concerns around data security, consent, and access.
Hack-O-Med Organizer
Organized by The West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) this event is aimed at bringing together healthcare professionals, developers, designers, and entrepreneurs for a short period of intense collaboration and problem-solving with the common goal of developing innovative healthcare solutions using digital technology.
